Neptune Apartments is an exclusive collection of 12 luxurious, bespoke apartments right in the heart of Cheltenham to provide you with a home from home for the duration of Race Week. We are now taking bookings for The Festival 2025. The Kingham is currently available for the duration of the Festival and we have several apartments available for the Wednesday, Thursday and the Friday.

Located on the Promenade in the very heart of Cheltenham, Neptune Apartments is surrounded by bars and restaurants. The apartments are a pleasant walk or a short bus or taxi ride from all the action at Cheltenham Racecourse.

Every one of our apartments is individually designed and equipped with the very latest in comfort and technology for your stay in Cheltenham.

Our spacious apartments comfortably sleep two people. Each of the Neptune Apartments has a keyless entry system, operated by a keypad. They also benefit from underfloor heating, WiFi, smart TVs and the comfiest luxury bedding, with a choice of goose feather or anti-allergy pillows.

Every apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, wine glasses, a fridge and cooking equipment. The bathrooms are well stocked with body wash and the softest towels.
